Warranties
Beautynow4less.com will honor and service all manufacturer warranties sold by beautynow4less.com for a period of 1 year. In the event that your appliance becomes or arrives defective within 12 months of ownership, simply contact us toll free at 1-877-291-7600 (Canada customers please contact us at 713-661-7600) to arrange for a warranty replacement. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm CST. Or email us at support@beautynow4less.com.
All non-defective returns must still be unopened and sealed in their original package and still be in new condition, this includes all manuals, accessories and blank warranty cards.
*Any defective item under warranty that is returned to us without prior contact and receipt of a beautynow4less RMA number can be subject to a 15% processing fee.
Return Policy
At Beautynow4less.com, we're determined to provide a flawless customer experience. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can return it unused and in original packaging to us for a full refund, minus our original shipping expenses, return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer.
***We reserve the right to reject any package that is not clearly marked on the outside with a proper Beautynow4less.com RMA number call 713-661-7600 to receive RMA number, packages without RMA number will be refused.
***Any refunds or exchanges due, will be processed within 5 business days
